RETURN POLICY
I don't do a return policy. Before buying them to avoid a return, please communicate your orders carefully to me if you have any doubt. I will make sure to package your orders carefully to prevent damage in shipping.
WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST?
I will surely help you relocate your missing packages. I can give you back your money but unfortunately minus the shipping cost. But first, please check with your local post office first because international delivery sometimes got stuck on your local post office for further checking.
But if the package has been marked delivered to you I'm not responsible for the missing package.
If your mail has been marked delivered and you haven’t received it, you can do these steps:
- Ask your local post office. In some country, they hold your mail in their office until you pay a certain amount of immigration tax, maybe you can check on that.
- Wait a few days, oftentimes there is a delay in the system to your doorstep.
- Ask your family, neighbor, or security around your complex. There are cases of misdelivered packages that were found like this.
